Create Pages

The headings are used for "splitting up" the content file (all data is kept in that 1 file).
An H1, H2 or H3 heading will dynamically split the document into new pages in the table of contents.

H1 heading is the Main Menu items
with H2 being sub-pages to H1
and H3 being sub-sub-pages to H1 & sub-pages to H2

An H4-heading is used as a heading within a page.
